Pictured above is a photo proved by a seller near Phoenix, AZ of a reclaimed Ludowici-Celadon 13-1/4" x 9-3/4" Spanish tile and trim accessories in the old Brookville Green color. This tile was originally produced in the early 1920's and due to the region of install, never went through freeze-thaw cycles, making this group of tile and trim nearly perfect in condition. This yield netted nearly 100 squares of tile and thousands of pieces of trim. We reclaim and salvage tile and slate roofs all throughout the United States.

As we proceed with this potential salvage or procurement, we will make several determinations along the way with proper identification being first and foremost. Upon identifying these materials, we will determine other critical aspects such as condition, color, size, texture, overall market demand and the amounts that we are able to offer for your materials. In some instances, we are not able to meet your needs for various reasons. If this is the case, we always document the materials that you have available and actively attempt to sell these materials based upon the conditions in which we last left them.

Throughout the process, we will ensure to keep you well informed as to values, procedures, schedules, and all the pertinent “ins-and-outs” to make this experience as pleasant as possible. Whether you are a homeowner, roofing contractor, demolition contractor or "wood-be picker", we will be here for you every step of the way.

Note: It is always recommended that materials be already removed from the roof, and packaged within crates/ or on pallets, vertically (like glass), tightly and several layers tall. This is always ideal but not necessary. We will be able to determine the most appropriate course of action based on an individual salvage/ procurement basis.
